At the first stage, only Azerbaijani citizens will be able to visit the Karabakh region, Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rahman Hummatov said at a briefing dedicated to the process of launching regular bus trips to the Azerbaijani lands liberated from the Armenian occupation.
