A delegation of the Turkish Armed Forces, which will jointly monitor the ceasefire in Karabakh with Russia has left for Azerbaijan, Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar told reporters, Defence.az reports.

"Once the construction of the Joint Monitoring Center is completed and starts its operation, one general and 35 officers will start serving immediately," Akar said said.
