Two Armenian servicemen were injured in a landmine explosion at the protection area of a military unit in the occupied region of Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh on Tuesday.
One of them was transferred from Khankendi city to Central Clinical Military Hospital in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan, Defence.az reported citing news.am.
Khankendi Military Hospital informed that the soldier’s leg was amputated, he is in critical condition, and it was decided to transfer him to Yerevan.
A leg of the other wounded serviceman, N. Marukyan, also was amputated. He was transferred to the Central Clinical Military Hospital in Yerevan on Monday, and he is in critical but stable condition.
