Rana Tanveer Hussain, Pakistan’s Minister for Defense Production, Science and Technology, is expected to arrive in Tehran today for a two-day official visit.
He will meet senior Iranian officials to discuss ways for promotion of defence cooperation and bilateral ties between the two countries.
The minister will also meet Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier-General Amir Hatimi to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries and the regional developments.
Earlier, a meeting between Rana Tanveer Hussain and Ambassador of Iran to Pakistan, Mehdi Honardoost was held in Islamabad during which both sides emphasized promotion of defence links between the two countries.
