"The military option will remain in force until the Armenians leave our lands," First Deputy Speaker of Azerbaijan`s Parliament, chairman of the committee on defense, security and fight against corruption Ziyafat Asgarov said at a round table on the theme “Azerbaijan’s security system. The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and ways to solve it."

He said that sooner or later this conflict will end in peace: "Azerbaijan has always been a supporter of sustainable peace. As for the coexistence of peoples, let me remind you that 30 thousand Armenians live in Baku today. But who can say that an Azerbaijani lives in Armenia? Therefore, the Armenians should realize that the peoples live together. Because in Azerbaijan there is no problem with this. An opinion was formed regarding new leadership that came to power in Armenia that it wants to do something. But as you can see nothing has changed. If peace cracks after some time, it'd be best if it wasn't there."
