On November 19-20, Chief of Azerbaijan’s State Security Service, Lieutenant General Ali Naghiyev made a working visit to the country’s Shusha city liberated from occupation, the Service’s PR department told Defence.az.
The visit that took place under the instructions of Azerbaijani President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, was aimed at strengthening the security in Shusha and organizing coordination between the military and law enforcement bodies in the city.
As part of the visit, Lieutenant General Naghiyev reviewed supply and working conditions of the newly established local branches of the State Security Committee in Fuzuli and Hadrut settlements, met with employees of the Defense Ministry and other bodies to discuss future objectives.
