Representatives of diplomatic corps and heads of international organizations accredited in Azerbaijan eye-witnessed the war crimes committed by Armenia in Azerbaijan’s Tartar district, Defence.az reports.

The diplomats saw the fragments of the Armenian-fired missiles on Tartar.  

They were informed that during the latest clashes, the Armenian armed forces regularly shelled the civilian population and residential settlements in Tartar.
