First groups of  doctors lists more than 60 medical specialists, including military surgeons, intensive care specialists, physicians and epidemiologists  arrived in Khankendi, to provide medical assistance to the local population, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Sunday.

In addition, Russian military is already helping to restore public transport in Khankendi.
